If you’re looking for a place to have your next group function, look no further than White Buffalo Ranch!  This private, upscale retreat and conference center is located on 800 acres of Missouri countryside, not far from Lebanon.  It’s central location means that groups from all over the Midwest won’t have far to travel- the ranch is within driving distance from several national airports, and it’s located not far from Interstate 44.

White Buffalo Ranch is an excellent place for lots of different kinds of groups to gather.  Businesses can book the ranch for their corporate retreats, or families can stay for a family reunion weekend.  Hunting and fishing parties can use the ranch as their base camp, and church groups can use the ranch for a retreat weekend.  Only one group at a time can reserve White Buffalo Ranch, which means that your group will have the place to yourselves for the duration of your stay.

The ranch’s Main Lodge is at the center of all the action at White Buffalo Ranch.  The Main Lodge sleeps 28 people in 10 comfortable bedrooms, and your group doesn’t have to worry about bringing their own sleeping bags, pillows, towels.  The ranch provides all the linens you’ll need.  The upper level off the lodge has a large common room that links the two wings of bedrooms together, and it’s a great space for your group to gather.  The room is equipped with comfy couches and tables, perfect for conversations, and the fireplace is a natural place for groups to gather.  The lower level of the Main Lodge features a media room where groups can watch movies together or play video games.  The lower level of the Lodge also has ample meeting space you can use for your next corporate retreat.  The large meeting area has a conference table, white board, and smaller meeting table- everything you need for a business meeting.

The Dining Hall boasts a large, commercial kitchen where families can bring all the food they need to cook meals together, and there’s plenty of space in the dining hall for everyone to eat meals as a group.  If you’d prefer to enjoy nature while you eat, you can take your meals on the beautiful patio that overlooks the grounds.  There’s even an outdoor fireplace to keep you toasty on cooler nights!

The ranch’s many amenities means that your group won’t ever have to leave the ranch grounds to have fun.  There are kayaks available for use on the ranch’s two ponds, and there is a putting green where golfers can practice their swing.  A large, in-ground pool is just steps from the lodge, or if your family would like to play a game together, there is plenty of space on the ranch grounds to set up games like volleyball, badminton, croquet, or bocce.

If your group has come to White Buffalo Ranch to enjoy the great outdoors, there are lots of opportunities to do so, both at the ranch and in the surrounding area.  Hunters will be happy to know that the ranch is partially bordered by the Mark Twain National Forest, one of the Midwest’s best hunting spots.  The ranch is also in a prime location to enjoy some of the best floating and fishing Missouri has to offer.  If you want to take a float trip, the staff at the ranch can recommend several area outfitters to help you with everything you need.  The ranch is just a short distance away from the Gasconade, Niangua, and Osage Fork rivers.  Nearby Bennett Springs State Park is one of Missouri’s finest trout fishing spots.  If you don’t want to have to drive anywhere to drop a line, you can fish in one of White Buffalo Ranch’s stocked ponds.  Hikers and bikers will also enjoy their time at the ranch.  The Mark Twain National Forest has several trails that are appropriate for several different skill levels, or you could use some of the picturesque trails that the ranch has to offer.

White Buffalo Ranch has one more thing that sets it apart from the rest.  In addition to being a world-class private retreat center, it’s also the home of a working cattle ranch!  The workings of the cattle ranch can be as much of a part of your experience at White Buffalo Ranch as you want them to be.  Ranch hands can give your group a guided tour of the facilities.  You’ll get to see how the ranch is run and even meet some of it’s four-legged residents!  As a special treat, you may even have the chance to feed some off the baby animals.

With so much to do at White Buffalo Ranch, it’s no wonder that it books up weeks ahead of time.  Make sure to reserve well ahead of time for your next corporate retreat or family reunion!
